Job Description

To support this mission, Syngenta’s Order to Cash team is seeking a Order to Cash Junior Analyst - North America in Montevideo, Uruguay. This role Be part of North America Order to Cash Team, primarily supporting Cash Application activities across multiple North America business segments. The role is in charge of Accounts Receivable management and reconciliation while contributing to month-end close, credit line reviews, blocked-order monitoring, and collections activities.

Accountabilities: 

• Daily cash application of checks, wires, ACH transactions and online payments.
• AR General Ledger Accounts Management.
• Intercompany invoice registration.
• Daily collaboration with internal teams (Credit Management, Accounting to Report, Treasury, Invoice to Pay, etc).
• Month End closing & reporting activities.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, using strong communication skills to build effective relationships, align priorities, and support business objectives.
• Provide ad hoc support for internal and external audits.
• Customer credit limit review and blocked sales order monitoring.

Qualifications

Required :

• Business Degree/Advanced Student in Accountancy or Administration.
• English: Advanced Level/Bilingual (mandatory).
• Experience in client portfolio management.
• Analytical behavior and capacity to establish good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Desired:

• Experience with SAP, Excel & Power BI
• Familiarity with O2C processes within a multinational environment
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams
