  • Provide administrative support to the Organizational Development and Culture team to ensure all programming is supported as needed.
  • Prepare materials and send communication for classes and meetings.
  • Coordinates in-person training, meetings, and supports program managers and facilitators by ensuring materials are present, rooms and technology are properly set up and problem-solve on site challenges as needed.
  • Maintain records for team programming, including reporting from the Learning Management System (LMS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Assists with office administration including the ordering of supplies, ensuring maintenance of copiers, and working with IT to address computer challenges.
  • Supports the coordination of meetings and corporate events.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies, procedures, and standards of conduct.
  • Coordinates and completes assignments in a timely and comprehensive manner, often within very aggressive deadlines, to ensure workplace learning and performance goals are achieved, without significant oversight.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Description Summary:

Position Summary and Purpose
The Organizational Development Coordinator assists in supporting systemwide organizational development and culture activities. Works independently performing a wide range of administrative and clerical duties to support the Organizational Development and Culture team. Assists with internal team administration related to the smooth running of the OD team. Communicates with and provides services to internal and external contacts. Anticipates and resolves problems; updates supervisor on status of projects.

Job Requirements

(Education, Experience, Licensure and Certification)

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (required)

Experience:

  • One (1) year administration or equivalent experience (required)
  • Two (2) or more years administration or equivalent experience (preferred)

  • Strong organizational skills including planning, scheduling, time management and prioritization
  • Effective communication skills, including facilitation and/or public speaking
  • Strong training and teaching mindset

Language Ability:

  • Must be able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats.

Reasoning Ability: 

  • Able to make necessary adjustments when issues or technology challenges arise.

Computer Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), and/ or Learning Managements Systems (LMS)
