Job Description

Take the next step in your OSHC career as an Assistant Coordinator in Melville.

Our Outside School Hours Care service, OSHClub in the Melville area, is looking for a passionate Assistant Coordinator to help support the day-to-day running of the service and deliver engaging programs for primary school-aged children.

This is a great opportunity for someone ready to step into OSHC leadership, with support and training provided to help you build confidence and develop your skills.

This is a permanent part-time opportunity offering 29.75 hours per week including 4 hours of paid administration time, assisting with the leadership of a team of dedicated Educators.

You’ll work split shifts, supporting our Monday to Friday programs:

Rise then Shine: 6:45am – 9:00am
Stay and Play: 2:30pm – 6:00pm

Additional hours may also be available during the school holidays.

About the role

The role is designed for someone ready to step up and develop as a leader. With support from experienced regional managers and a dedicated state office team, you’ll gain hands-on leadership experience while making a genuine impact in your local school community.
