The Role
Own and scale outbound across all clients. Lead AI-driven email, LinkedIn, and nurture campaigns while managing a team and delivering KPI performance.
What You’ll Own
Outbound email + LinkedIn campaigns at scale
AI-driven automation (n8n, Clay, APIs)
Lead lists, deliverability, sending infrastructure
KPI performance, testing, and optimization
Team management, training, SOPs
What You Bring
3+ years outbound + LinkedIn campaigns
Automation tools (n8n, Make, Clay)
Strong cold email + deliverability expertise
Team leadership and coaching experience
Data-driven, systems-oriented mindset
Strong copywriting for outbound
Nice to Have
GHL, AI personalization, agency experience
