Mattioli Woods is one of the UK's leading wealth management and employee benefits consultancies. We work with business owners, directors and senior professionals on some of the most important financial decisions of their careers, and we're looking for someone to help get those conversations started.
This is an outbound sales role. You'll prospect, qualify and book meetings for our Wealth and Employee Benefits Consultants, using LinkedIn, targeted calling and email outreach to reach the right people and open the right doors. The pipeline you build will have a direct and visible impact on business growth.
It's a strong next step for someone who has cut their teeth in sales or business development and is ready to do it somewhere with real substance behind them.
What we're looking for:
one to two years' experience in a sales, business development or target-driven role
some exposure to outbound calling, lead generation or appointment setting
confidence on the phone and in writing, with people at all levels
organised, reliable and sharp on the detail
motivated by targets and genuinely driven to progress
