Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and operate overseas communities for multiple game titles across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter/X, TikTok, and Discord. Responsibilities include developing community strategies, managing content calendars, planning community activities, and monitoring and managing player sentiment.
  • Understand how overseas gaming communities operate and stay attuned to player preferences. Build the foundational community framework for new game launches in international markets, driving user acquisition, engagement, retention, and overall community health.
  • Continuously identify player needs and insights, and develop and execute creative content ideas based on the preferences of European and North American players as well as relevant local trends, with the goal of increasing content reach and engagement.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to plan and execute both online and offline community activities. Manage the full lifecycle of campaigns and trending-topic initiatives, including planning, execution, and performance tracking.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required as this role involves regular collaboration with regional teams and Mandarin speaking stakeholders, including counterparts based in China.
  • Proficiency in an additional language such as Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of European and North American cultures, with clear insights into player audiences and the gaming industry.
  • Passionate about gaming; experience playing open-world games on PC or console is preferred.
  • Strong execution, communication, and coordination skills, with a good sense of quality and aesthetics when reviewing and refining creative assets and copy.
  • Able to perform well under pressure, with a strong sense of responsibility and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
