Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works with various standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with multiple teams to address challenges and optimize application functionality is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve application deployment processes and enhance system reliability.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Grafana.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with AWS Containerization, Infrastructure As Code (IaC).
- Strong knowledge of monitoring and visualization techniques to track application performance.
- Experience in integrating various data sources and APIs for comprehensive dashboard creation.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application configuration and system stability.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline operational tasks.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Grafana.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
