The Packer plays a critical support role in the production process by assisting machine operators, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and ensuring accurate reporting and packaging of materials. This role contributes to the efficient, safe, and high-quality operation of our flexible packaging production line.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Assists operators in loading and unloading rolls.

  • Supports cleaning of plates, ink chambers, glue units, belts, and general machine maintenance.

  • Uses pallet jack to weigh and handle production waste.

  • Scans input rolls and creates accurate box labels.

  • Maintains production reports and updates visual boards as required.

  • Creates and organizes retain bag samples for quality tracking.

  • Checks ink viscosity and pH levels to ensure proper print quality.

  • Follows machine maintenance schedules and reports issues promptly.

  • Prepares boxes and tools needed for packing.

    • Separates defective bags from acceptable ones.

    • Counts and arranges good bags into boxes according to the required quantity.

    • Attaches labels and seals boxes with tape.

    • Stacks boxes on pallets following packing regulations.

    • Disposes of defective bags into designated scrap bins.

    • Cleans and organizes the packing area when switching production lines or products.
