What you'll do

  • Plan, implement, and optimize campaigns across social channels. These platforms may include but are not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Pace, forecast and monitor all budgets
  • Conduct daily optimizations against campaign goals
  • Analyze metrics, provide progress reports, suggest new optimizations, promotions and initiatives for all social campaigns
  • Create and provide detailed weekly/monthly/quarterly campaign reports
  • Conduct targeting and optimization data analysis to drive performance
  • Prepare detailed documents, including strategic plans, competitive analyses, promotional plans and well researched POVs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing and holistic digital plans
  • Evaluate the metrics of project success and deliver strong recommendations based on outcome
  • Analyze current-state media campaigns and determine areas of improvement, expansion and refinement
  • Onboard, train, and coach junior level associates in the biddable channels technical knowledge, client interactions, and reporting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

$70,000-$82,500



Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
