Lotus Cars Limited is the UK manufacturing home of Lotus, where we bring our iconic vehicles to life. As we continue our exciting growth journey, we're looking for a skilled Paint Sprayer to join our Operations team at our manufacturing facility in Hethel.

The Role

As a Paint Sprayer, you will play a vital role in delivering the exceptional finish and quality our customers expect. You'll be responsible for inspecting and preparing vehicle body panels before applying paint finishes in line with documented processes and quality standards.

Working within a fast-paced production environment, you'll apply primers, base coats, and clear coats using specialist equipment while maintaining the highest levels of quality, efficiency, and safety.

We have day shifts, and twilight shifts, twilights are paid an additional disturbance allowance.
