Position Overview:


We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal to provide essential legal and administrative support to two supervisory attorneys. This is an in-office position with standard hours of Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and a professional demeanor. This role focuses on legal research, document preparation, deadline tracking, and client communication, with an emphasis on property tax appeals and related legal processes.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Legal Research and Documentation:
    • Conduct in-depth legal research related to property tax appeals, including analyzing property values, tax rates, and relevant regulations.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Starting Salary: $50,000 annually.
  • 120 hours of PTO after a 90-day probation period (unused hours are forfeited annually).
  • Typically, 17+ paid holidays per year.

  • 3% employer 401k contribution after two years of employment.
