What you'll do

  • Support the London based EMEA Legal team with matters relating to marketing, licensing, ecommerce, sales, IT, Organised Play and operations.
  • Assist with the review, approval and clearance of The Pokémon Company International marketing and promotional materials including, email, print, TV and online campaigns.
  • Draft, review and negotiate vendor agreements such as master services agreements, SOWs, influencer agreements and marketing activations (with supervision).
  • Support data protection compliance, including reviewing data processing and privacy terms in vendor and marketing arrangements.
  • Support process improvement across the legal function - creating templates, checklists and precedent banks, and proposing efficiencies to existing workflows.
  • Perform legal research on advertising, consumer, regulatory and other legal topics.
  • Ad hoc tasks to support the Legal team.

  • Fluency in English required, additional European languages desirable.

  • Job Title: Paralegal 
  • Job Summary: The role serves as support to the London-based EMEA Legal team. You will work closely with various internal stakeholders including members of the legal team and business partners.

Base Salary Range: For this role, new hires generally start between £35,000.00 - £43,500.00 per year. The full range is £35,000.00 - £57,400.00 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
