Position Summary:

Grayscale is seeking a mid-level Capital Markets Paralegal to support our securities, corporate governance and capital markets function, with a primary focus on SEC reporting and registration statement filings. • Identify process inefficiencies in the filing lifecycle and implement improvements, templates and checklists

Prior Experience/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program (or equivalent experience)
  • 4–7 years of corporate/securities/capital markets paralegal experience at a law firm, public company, or financial services/asset management firm
