Your Role:
 

As a Paralegal within our Finance department, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Required Experience:
 

The ideal candidate for this position will have commercial real estate experience with a law firm, title company, commercial lender, or other related entity. Experience reviewing title, survey and zoning documents is required. Experience with Fannie Mae DUS, Freddie Mac CME, and/or HUD-insured programs is a plus. A college degree is preferred.

The targeted salary range for this position is from $90,000 - $120,000, which reflects the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual pay will depend on several factors such as the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
