  • Collect, reviewed, redact, categorize (e-tag) and produce documents using AmTrust’s in-house e-discovery platform in response to subpoenas or in connection with other legal matters.
  • Communicate with clients, witnesses, adversaries, and team members in connection with the e-discovery needs of AmTrust.
  • Interact with people at all levels of the company as a member of the litigation department.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a deadline-oriented setting.
  • Handle confidential information in a discreet manner.
  • Manage and prioritize completing deadlines.
  • Maintain data integrity in computer platform.
  • Support multiple attorneys and non-attorneys across many facets of AmTrust’s business, including responding to subpoenas, litigation discovery requests, internal investigations, regulatory and compliance matters, special investigations, and corporate due diligence.
  • Keeps current with market trends and demands.
  • Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.

Overview

AmTrust Financial Services, Inc., a leading and growing commercial insurance holding company, has an immediate opening for an E-Discovery Paralegal in our Cleveland office. This in-house position will support the Litigation Department by managing e-discovery processes and assisting with complex litigation matters.

The expected salary range for this role is $22/hr-$27/hr
