Part-Time Bridal Stylist - Brisbane

We’re incredibly excited to be opening the doors to our brand-new New Farm boutique in Brisbane, and we’re looking for 2 passionate Part-Time Bridal Stylists to join our team.

If you love people, fashion and creating unforgettable experiences, this is your opportunity to help brides find their dream gown while being part of the launch of our newest Grace Loves Lace boutique.

Located in the heart of New Farm, our beautiful new boutique is surrounded by cafés, restaurants and bars, with free on-site parking available for our team.

The Role

As a GLL Bridal Stylist, you’ll be at the heart of the bride’s experience. You’ll work one-on-one with brides, helping them discover their perfect gown while delivering the exceptional service Grace Loves Lace is known for.

We are hiring 2 x Part-Time Bridal Stylists across a rotating roster:

Stylist 1:
Thursday-Sunday | 9:15am-6:00pm
31 hours per week

Stylist 2:
Friday-Monday | 9:15am-6:00pm - 31 hours

Weekend availability is essential, as our weekends are our busiest and most exciting time in the boutique.

As a GLL Bridal Stylist, you’ll:

• Conduct personalised one-on-one styling appointments with brides
• Build genuine connections and create an exceptional customer experience
• Use your styling expertise and product knowledge to help each bride find her dream gown
• Work towards and exceed individual and team sales KPIs
• Accurately take measurements and style gowns with our beautiful range of accessories
• Follow up with brides via email and phone and manage appointment administration
• Multitask between appointments while maintaining a high level of service
• Build strong relationships with brides throughout their journey, from initial consultation through to closing the sale
• Act as a passionate brand ambassador for Grace Loves Lace
• Maintain an impeccable level of personal presentation and boutique standards

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous sales experience with a strong focus on customer service
• Has a proven track record of achieving sales results and KPIs
• Loves working with people and building genuine relationships
• Is confident, warm and naturally engaging
• Has a genuine interest in fashion, bridal and styling
• Is motivated by achieving both individual and team goals
• Has exceptional presentation and communication skills
• Is organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask in a busy environment
• Is a quick learner with the ability to develop strong product knowledge
• Can work confidently both independently and as part of a team
• Has intermediate to advanced administration skills and is comfortable using technology, including iPads and Microsoft Office

Previous experience in bridal, fashion, beauty or luxury retail is highly regarded, but we’re equally interested in people with the right attitude, energy and passion for creating an incredible customer experience.
