Hey Baby 4D Enfield is a private 4D ultrasound clinic based on Green Lanes in Winchmore Hill. We are currently seeking an experienced receptionist to join our busy team for up to 16 hours a week across two days. Work may include weekends.

We are looking for somebody with experience in either reception or administrative positions.

Receptionist Responsibilities

• Booking appointments for customers both over the phone and in person
• Welcoming customers to the clinic and assisting them with any queries
• Taking payments
• Acting as a Chaperone where required (you will be asked to complete a short qualification for this)
• Assisting with the cleaning of the clinic and equipment
• Taking customer feedback and relaying this to the management
• Completing job-specific training

What we look for and what we provide

Experience in either reception or administration work would be preferable. You should be able to deliver exceptional customer service.

The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent IT; verbal and written communication skills.
Due to the nature of this role, a satisfactory Enhanced DBS (adult workforce) will need to be performed prior to the commencement of employment. You will also need to maintain a satisfactory DBS throughout the duration of your employment.
