- Facilitate psycho-educational groups, support groups, and conduct workshops on mental health-related topics.
- Provide supervision to trainees as required.
- Maintain APA professional ethics in all areas.
- Participate in clinical supervision.
- Attend Counseling Center Staff meetings; divisional meetings as needed.
- Additional tasks as assigned by Executive Director.

- Commitment and experience working with students with multiple marginalized intersecting identities, international students, veterans; Specifically providing culturally informed counseling, crisis intervention and consultation.

Job Summary
This is a part-time, year-round Counseling Center Staff position. The position will work 20 hours per week. This position will provide culturally informed direct client care to students. This person will also engage in consultation services; may provide supervision to trainees and share crisis on-call responsibilities. This position works primarily in-person and may provide virtual therapy services and participate in general Student Affairs functions as a member of an Office within Student Success.

Additional Information
This position is classified as Non-Exempt, grade L. Compensation for this grade ranges from $33.08 - $49.62 per hour. Please note that the offered rate for this position typically aligns with the minimum to midrange of this grade, but it can vary based on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.
