What you'll do

  • Own partner activation campaigns across the recruit-to-activate journey.
  • Design and manage onboarding journeys that help new partners become productive more quickly.
  • Coordinate global activation campaigns and onboarding programs from planning through execution.
  • Partner with regional teams to adapt and deliver activation programs for local needs.
  • Build scalable onboarding frameworks, playbooks, and campaign journeys that support partner activation across multiple partner types and regions.

AvePoint is seeking a Partner Activation Manager to join our Global Channel Marketing team. In this role, you will design and scale the programs, campaigns, and digital experiences that help new partners successfully onboard, engage with AvePoint, and become productive members of our partner ecosystem.  

Working across regional channel teams, partner operations, enablement, and marketing, you will create scalable activation programs that accelerate partner readiness, drive engagement with enablement resources, and improve partner time-to-value. 

This role offers the opportunity to shape how partners engage, learn, and become productive across a global ecosystem. You will have meaningful ownership of the partner activation experience and work with teams across the business to build programs that scale. With a focus on but not limited to:

Partner Activation & Onboarding  

  • Own partner activation campaigns across the recruit-to-activate journey.  
  • Design and manage onboarding journeys that help new partners become productive more quickly.  
  • Coordinate global activation campaigns and onboarding programs from planning through execution.  
  • Partner with regional teams to adapt and deliver activation programs for local needs.  
  • Build scalable onboarding frameworks, playbooks, and campaign journeys that support partner activation across multiple partner types and regions.  
  • Partner with operations teams to optimize activation workflows, automate engagement programs, and improve the overall partner onboarding experience. 

Online Partner Enablement  

  • Own the digital partner enablement experience, ensuring partners can easily access the training, resources, programs, and tools needed to become successful.  
  • Build and maintain scalable, self-service enablement resources.  
  • Drive partner engagement with enablement content, learning pathways, and certifications.  
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content teams to keep partner-facing assets current and relevant.  

Measurement & Optimization  

  • Define and track activation metrics including onboarding engagement, enablement adoption, partner activation rates and time-to-productivity metrics.  
  • Test and refine activation campaigns, onboarding journeys, and digital experiences based on performance insights.  
  • Share clear performance reporting, recommendations, and areas of opportunity with leadership.  
  • Use data and partner feedback to identify friction points and continuously improve activation experiences. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration  

  • Align with Partner Program Operations on the workflows that support partner activation.  
  • Work across Channel, Marketing, Enablement, Operations, and regional teams to deliver a consistent partner experience.  
  • Serve as the central coordinator for global partner activation initiatives, aligning stakeholders across channel marketing, partner operations, enablement, product marketing, and regional teams.

 

How Success Will Be Measured  

Success in this role will be measured through improvements in partner activation, faster time-to-productivity, increased onboarding completion, greater adoption of enablement resources and certifications, and consistent delivery of high-quality activation campaigns. The ideal candidate will help build scalable programs that enable partners to engage more quickly, access the right resources, and achieve value faster.

The Salary Range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000. At AvePoint, we strive to offer competitive, fair, and equitable total rewards. The listed salary range represents a good faith estimate, with final offers based on location, experience, skills, and qualifications. The listed range reflects base salary only; our total rewards include base salary, comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, unlimited PTO), and depending on the role, bonuses, commissions, or equity (RSUs).
