  • Support the preparation of partner meetings, business reviews, and account updates.
  • Track account metrics, usage trends, and assist in identifying potential areas for product adoption or upsell.
  • Develop a solid understanding of Solaris' regulated product offerings (e.g., IBANs, cards, lending, KYC, compliance processes).
  • Help document partner inquiries regarding product setups and liaise with internal operations and compliance teams to help resolve basic requests.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and partner research to help identify prospective growth opportunities.
  • Prepare briefing materials, market insights, and presentation decks to support Senior Partner Managers in strategic discussions.

Your Role

  • Partner Management & Growth Support.
