- Network Growth & Acquisition - Execute regional strategies to onboard high-performing partners across CNC Machining, 3D Printing, Sheet Metal, and Injection Molding.
- Performance & Quality- Implement frameworks to monitor quality, on-time delivery, and responsiveness. Address performance gaps directly with partners.
- Capacity & Fulfillment- Align local capacity with global demand, optimize lead times and costs, and coordinate cross-functionally with Operations & Sales.
- Team Leadership- Lead and mentor a data-driven regional team while advocating for the needs of the Indian partner ecosystem internally.

We are seeking an execution-focused Partner Network Manager to scale and optimize our manufacturing supplier ecosystem in India.
