This is more than a career move—it's your opportunity to build something meaningful, with the freedom of ownership and the support to help your practice thrive.

Your Practice. Your Future. Your Way.

As a Medivet Partner, you'll become a co-owner of your practice, combining clinical leadership with the opportunity to shape the future of your business. You'll continue doing what you do best—caring for patients, leading your team, and serving your local community—while Medivet provides the commercial, operational, and strategic support needed to help your practice succeed.

This is a genuine partnership, where both you and Medivet are invested in achieving long-term success together.

You'll have access to dedicated commercial, operational, and strategic support teams, helping you grow and develop your practice—with no management fees.

The Opportunity

We are excited to offer a Partnership opportunity at Medivet Alloa.

Location

Alloa is just 1 hour from Edinburgh and Glasgow and 20 minutes from Stirling, with good links by train or car.

If you prefer the great outdoors, hiking, skiing and beautiful scenery are all available as day trips.

About the Practice

Medivet Alloa is based over 2 sites, adjacent to each other, providing a separate cat clinic with its own reception, consulting room and theatre.

In the main site, the clinic has 3 consult rooms and theatre.

The clinic has a stable team of vets and support staff and is looking for a vet to provide local ownership and leadership to take this practice to the next level. The practice is in line for rebranding.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a vet who is passionate about leading their own local practice while benefiting from the support, expertise, and resources of the wider Medivet network. This means you can focus on what matters most: your patients, your team, and delivering exceptional clinical care.

You'll be someone who genuinely cares about the difference you make and is excited by the opportunity to build a thriving practice.

You'll be:

  • Passionate about delivering outstanding, compassionate veterinary care.

  • Committed to creating exceptional experiences for pets and their owners.

  • Excited by the prospect of building something of your own—whether independently or in partnership with a colleague or friend.

  • Motivated to develop and grow a successful, sustainable practice.

  • Eager to inspire, support, and develop a high-performing team.

Previous leadership experience is not essential. What matters most is your ambition, mindset, and desire to make a difference. We'll provide the training, development, and ongoing support to help you become the leader you aspire to be.

Build Your Future with Medivet

If you've ever dreamed of owning a practice, leading your own team, and shaping the future of veterinary care in your community—without going it alone—this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

Your Practice. Your Future. Your Partnership.
