Europe pays more than twice as much for electricity as the US or Asia. To reach competitive price levels, Europe has to lean on solar and deliver the flexibility that makes this feasible. Nomos is building a full-stack power company to unlock that flexibility by connecting millions of homes to Europe’s energy markets.

What you’ll do

Nomos is built on the trust of our partners and the households we serve. You will lead the energy side of our partnerships, working closely with their teams to launch products and grow the business together.

• Lead integrations and launches with product, engineering, and different departments of the partner.

• Grow adoption and revenue by improving the customer journey and introducing new energy products.

• Track regulation, new technologies, and emerging companies to anticipate opportunities for our partners.

Exciting challenges

• Build a new business within an existing one. Energy will become a core part of the partner’s offering. Understand their customers and sales process well enough to make the product work throughout the journey, from the first conversation to everyday use.

• Turn ambition into a shared roadmap. Use your understanding of the industry and the partner’s business to agree what comes next with product and engineering. Make commitments both organisations can plan around.

Who you are

• You’ve built and grown partnerships. You’ve led commercial relationships and driven initiatives that created measurable value for both sides.

• You bring product, engineering, and commercial teams together. You go deep enough to understand their constraints and keep their work focused on the partner and its customers.

• German and English, both fluent. You’re comfortable discussing product details and commercial decisions in either.
