Partnership Manager, DACH Region

What you'll do
- Managing and growing existing accounts: build strong relationships and provide exceptional support to your DACH key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
- Developing new partnerships: identify and pursue new opportunities, engaging with merchants, marketing agencies, affiliate networks and other stakeholders across the DACH e-commerce industry.
- Being a Shoparize brand ambassador: represent Shoparize at DACH industry events and build positive relationships within the local e-commerce community.
- Continuous self-development: stay current on industry trends, pursue relevant certifications, and grow into a knowledgeable e-commerce consultant.
- Collaborating with merchants, agencies, affiliate networks and internal teams to improve revenue, performance and overall satisfaction.
What they're looking for
- A proven track record in partnerships or business development, preferably within e-commerce (minimum 2 years).
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to effectively manage key accounts.
- Native or fluent German, with excellent English; additional languages are a plus.
- An analytical mindset with a genuine interest in the e-commerce landscape.
- A goal-oriented, entrepreneurial approach to building a new market.
- Willingness to obtain certifications and complete courses to build your expertise.
- Already a resident of the Netherlands, this role is based at our Amsterdam office.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Google Shopping and the Partner CSS program.
- An existing network among DACH merchants, agencies or affiliate networks.
- Prior experience selling into or working within the German, Austrian or Swiss markets.
