About this role

Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ a Parts Advisor to support our Ford dealership in Gillingham. In this role you’ll be coordinating the supply of Parts within the site, providing fantastic customer service and working closely with both our sales and service teams so a collaborative approach is essential. Monday – Friday (7.30am-5.00pm) with 1 in 3 Saturdays (8am-3.30pm), paying up to £32,000 and will report to the Aftersales Manager.

Required Skills & Experience

For this role we are looking for candidates who have experience in a parts role within either a franchised automotive dealership or parts department, and also have the following attributes:

ü People focused and a collaborative team player

ü Excellent telephone skills

ü Customer facing experience and proficient in IT systems

Key Responsibilities and Duties

· Ensuring the parts stock room is well maintained and stock levels managed

· Maximising profitability and efficiency of the Parts department

· Co-ordinating with the Sales/Service departments to give the best customer experience

· Work with the manufacturers, colleagues, and customers to be their first contact regarding any parts related queries
