As a Patient Compensation Lead at ICON, you will drive patient recruitment strategies for clinical trials.
What You Will Do:
- Lead participant support programs, including compensation, expense reimbursement, and travel-related services for clinical research studies.
- Manage relationships with service providers and external partners involved in participant support operations.
- Partner with cross-functional study teams to ensure efficient execution, compliance with established procedures, and timely resolution of operational challenges.
- Provide direction and oversight to vendors and outsourced research partners.
- Serve as the main contact for participant support initiatives, helping to maintain consistent processes and high-quality service delivery across studies.
- Contribute to process optimization, operational excellence, and knowledge sharing related to participant support services in clinical research.
Your Profile:
You will have solid talent acquisition and recruitment experience, with the ability to manage competing priorities and develop your team.
Required qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field.
- Proven experience in patient recruitment for clinical trials, with a strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and build strong partnerships.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess recruitment data and optimize strategies to meet enrollment targets.
- Commitment to ensuring ethical and compliant recruitment practices while fostering a positive experience for patients.
