What you'll do

  • Assist in gathering payroll data each week. Communicate with field workforce and Supervision on hours discrepancies.
  • Update employee information as needed.
  • Enter deductions and add-ons, taxes, and other pertinent information into pay cycle as needed.
  • Update PTO banks and resolve questions around PTO for employees.
  • Be a resource for employees on all things payroll including paystub access, deductions, per diem, missing time, overtime, W4/A4 forms, as well as guiding them to appropriate resources.
  • Assist in documentation of payroll processes and continuous updates of payroll SOPs.
  • Review new hire profiles, tax, and direct deposit changes for accuracy.
  • Back up the Payroll Administrator as needed.
  • Assist in yearly W2 creation and distribution.
  • Provide other administrative support to the People Operations team as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

The primary function of the Payroll Coordinator position is to support the weekly processing of Nox Group’s payroll. The ideal candidate will have a high level of attention to detail and discretion with confidential data.
