  • Supports payroll-related onboarding and offboarding activities, including system setup, tax elections, direct deposit, and timekeeping access.
  • Ensures compliance with applicable payroll regulations, wage and hour requirements, union agreements, and company policies.
  • Collaborates with field leadership, People Practices, and other cross-functional partners to support payroll readiness, employee movement, and operational alignment.

Job Summary:
Supports payroll readiness by ensuring accurate collection, review, and preparation of time and pay data for craft and administrative employees within assigned business units. Reviews timekeeping entries for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies, union agreements, and wage and hour requirements. Serves as a primary local resource for payroll-related inquiries and timekeeping guidance. Coordinates with Shared Services Payroll and People Practices to support compliant payroll processing and issue resolution. Contributes to consistent payroll operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
