- Maintain accurate employee Masterfile records, processing new starters, organisational transfers, position changes, and complex termination reconciliations.
- Import, audit, and validate time and attendance data from timekeeping systems into Chris21.
- Interpret and apply diverse, multi-site Enterprise Agreements (EAs) and Modern Awards to ensure accurate wage calculations, allowances, and penalty rates.
- Serve as an approachable first point of contact for employee and manager queries, resolving issues promptly with high customer service standards.

We are partnering with a multi-site national leader known for providing essential infrastructure solutions nationwide, their corporate head office in North Ryde is seeking an experienced, proactive Payroll Officer to join their high-performing national payroll team.
This position is ideal for a confident payroll professional with strong systems knowledge in Chris21 and multiple Enterprise agreement exposure.
You'll:
