  • Respond to employee, manager, and stakeholder payroll inquiries, providing timely and professional support.
  • Educate and support employees and managers on payroll processes, policies, and Time & Attendance systems.
  • Perform payroll audits and data validation activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Investigate payroll discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and supporting documentation as required.
  • Maintain accurate payroll documentation and standard operating procedures for assigned countries.
  • Support the implementation of new payroll policies, processes, and system enhancements.

Role Summary

Executes end-to-end payroll processes for assigned countries or employee populations. Contributes to continuous improvement and standardization initiatives within the Managed Services organization.
