What you'll do
- Manage payroll processing for multiple outsourced payroll clients, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client payroll inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate and manage new hire onboarding activities for client employees.
- Provide support for timekeeping systems, including troubleshooting and employee assistance.
- Process and upload 401(k) contribution files and other retirement plan information.
- Update employee payroll deductions related to benefits, including annual open enrollment changes.
- Track and maintain employee paid time off (PTO), vacation, sick leave, and other accrual balances.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Reconcile and file quarterly payroll tax reports.
- Assist with payroll journal entries, basic QBO knowledge.
- Assist with other payroll and client service responsibilities as assigned.

Job Duties May Include:
