  • Handle offboarding procedures, ensuring accurate final payments, documentation, and compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain and audit employee files, ensuring accuracy and completeness across HR systems.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, HR, and site leadership to support daily operations.

This on-site position plays a critical leadership role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all payroll operations while maintaining organized and compliant employee documentation.


The Payroll Specialist  will oversee multiple payroll cycles, ensure proper auditing and controls, guide payroll-related procedures for onboarding and offboarding, and serve as the primary liaison between the onsite team, Finance, and HR at HQ.
This role requires a high level of ownership, integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to supervise processes while collaborating effectively across departments.


Key Responsibilities

Payroll Oversight (Core)
