DaVita is seeking an Experienced Dialysis Technician (PCT) to support patients in our Home Hemodialysis (HHD) and Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) programs. This role supports patients training to dialyze at home, helping them live more independently while managing kidney disease.

Canton Dialysis will be your home clinic, but you will be required to float to other clinics within the region.

What You’ll Do:

• Schedule is typically Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm (subject to change based on the needs of the patients)
• Assist with patient training for home dialysis under RN supervision
• Prepare and maintain dialysis equipment
• Monitor and record patient vitals and treatment responses
• Support follow-up care, supply tracking, and telehealth check-ins
• Provide technical and emotional support throughout HHD training

Requirements

• Accredited High School diploma, general education development (“GED”) credential, or equivalent
• Comfortable with blood, needles, and medical equipment
• Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
• Flexible schedule (may include weekends or holidays)
• Willing to train and float across clinics as needed
• Required : Dialysis Experience with an active OCDT/CCHT certification
