What you'll do

  • Employee journey: onboarding, probation-period tracking, setting up and running performance reviews, feedback processes, and monitoring team engagement.
  • Documentation & operational efficiency: writing clear, user-centric documentation, spotting friction, simplifying or automating recurring processes. You leverage AI to multiply the impact of your work.

  • Versatility across People and Corporate/Admin topics, with a strong People focus

  • Demonstrated interest in automating and improving recurring processes, and genuine enthusiasm for AI
  • Comfort interacting with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior profiles when needed
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) to interact with the Alan team

⭐ The role, concretely

Are you excited about building, structuring and scaling HR operations in a company that's just getting started? You will join Prévenir at a very early stage and help build the foundations of our People and administrative operations as the company scales. This role is particularly suited to someone who has already experienced a fast-growth environment, whether in a start-up, scale-up or during a 0-to-100 journey.

We're in the early chapters: this isn't about running existing processes — it's about creating them from scratch so they hold up at much larger scale. The role brings a product mindset to People operations, where every key moment of the employee experience is carefully designed, with a constant focus on simplicity and automation. You'll work closely with Lucie, who makes the final calls depending on topic complexity and supports you as you grow into autonomy.

Your time is split between:

  • Employee journey: onboarding, probation-period tracking, setting up and running performance reviews, feedback processes, and monitoring team engagement.

  • Documentation & operational efficiency: writing clear, user-centric documentation, spotting friction, simplifying or automating recurring processes. You leverage AI to multiply the impact of your work.

  • People admin: leave and absence management, payroll back-and-forth, contracting and employee administrative follow-up, onboarding formalities and affiliations (health/provident insurance, occupational health), GDPR compliance.

  • Operational finance: expense reports, preparing and sending accounting documents to Impulsa, preparing routine filings (including VAT).

Over time, this person will take ownership of payroll management in coordination with our accounting partner, with training and support.
