People Business Partner — APJ (6-Month Fixed-Term Contract)


The People Business Partner — APJ plays a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business goals and enabling our hyper-growth across the APJ region. Working closely with business leaders across assigned markets, this role focuses on building strong relationships, providing strategic and tactical HR guidance, and driving initiatives that enhance the employee experience. The People Business Partner is a key collaborator in talent management, organisational development, employee relations and fostering a positive workplace culture across multiple markets and time zones.


Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
