Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders and managers to deliver people plans aligned with business objectives.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, organisational change, and people development.
- Coach and support managers to build capability and confidence in managing their teams.
- Analyse people data, identify trends, and recommend solutions to improve business performance.
- Support change, transformation, engagement, culture and organisational development initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with Centres of Excellence including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Reward and Employee Relations.
- Promote a positive employee experience and contribute to continuous improvement across the people function.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, Senior HR Business Partner, People Partner or HR Manager.
- Strong employee relations knowledge and experience managing complex casework.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience supporting operational or multi-site businesses.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to balance people and business priorities.
- A proactive, pragmatic and solutions-focused approach.
- CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable.
