People & Culture Support Officer

What you'll do
- Coordinate payroll preparation activities and ensure the accuracy of timesheets, leave records, allowances and payroll-related data.
- Liaise with external payroll service providers to ensure payroll issues and discrepancies are resolved promptly.
- Support recruitment and onboarding activities, including advertising positions, coordinating selection processes and preparing employment documentation.
- Provide advice on employment conditions, HR policies, remuneration, benefits and workforce management matters.
- Maintain employee records, personnel files, position descriptions and HR documentation with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Monitor staffing changes and manage HR tracking systems to ensure timely processing of workforce activities.
- Assist with organisational development, workforce planning, change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Research, collect and analyse HR data to support reporting, metrics and decision-making.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports, submissions, executive briefs and other business correspondence.
