People Development Expert EMEA (all genders)
full-time position in our Division Human Resources in the Frankfurt metropolitan area as soon as possible.
Your tasks:
Oversight and management of people development initiatives and key people cycles across EMEA, including performance, talent and engagement programs
Acting as a Key point of contact for HR teams and stakeholders across countries, ensuring alignment, consistent execution and high-quality delivery of global talent management and development programs
Desinging and supporting regional rollout of strategic people initiatives, aligning development programs with business priorities and local requirements
Managing timelines, milestones and dependencies across multiple initiatives, including transparent reporting on progress, risks and key metrics to senior stakeholders
Contributing to the continuous improvement and scaling of HR development programs, identifying opportunities to strengthen their impact and consistency across EMEA
Your profile:
Completed university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development or a comparable field
Experience in HR development, Learning & Development, Talent Management, project management or organizational development in an international environment
Good understanding of HR development processes and experience working with talent, performance, engagement or learning initiatives
Experience in coordinating projects and programs across multiple stakeholders, countries and organizational levels
Strong organizational, communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with HR teams, business stakeholders and senior management
Fluency in English (C1); good knowledge of German and/or another European language is an advantage
