Job Mission:
This role drives company‑level employee engagement, internal communication, and rewards initiatives through a project‑based approach, with the objective of creating consistent, high‑impact employee experiences aligned with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement & Culture Shaping
- Design and deliver strategic employee engagement and culture‑shaping initiatives that reinforce desired mindsets, behaviors, and employee experience
- Lead company‑wide engagement and culture programs end‑to‑end in a project‑based manner, from concept design to execution and review
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure initiatives are scalable, relevant, and aligned with organizational and cultural priorities
Internal Communication
- Plan and execute key internal communication projects, including message framing, timing, and channels
- Translate leadership direction and organizational priorities into clear, accessible employee communication
- Ensure consistency of messaging and employee experience across initiatives and audiences
Rewards Implementation
- Support the implementation and rollout of rewards and recognition initiatives, ensuring clarity and smooth adoption
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to communicate programs effectively and monitor implementation quality
Academic / Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor of Business / Marketing / Human Resources / Labor Relations / Psychology, Master Degree or Professional HR Certification a plus
Work Experience
- 5–8 years of solid experience in Employee Engagement, Internal Communication, or project‑based HR / people initiatives, with some exposure to rewards or recognition programs (hands‑on implementation experience preferred)
- Able to balance strategic thinking with strong execution, and operate effectively in a project‑driven role rather than transactional support
- Comfortable working cross‑functionally, managing multiple stakeholders and dependencies, with the ability to communicate clearly and structurally and translate ideas and strategies into practical execution
- Strong English communication skills, able to operate in a professional, regional or global environment
