About the role: We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and people-oriented Talent Acquisition & People Operations Coordinator to support Talent Acquisition and day-to-day People Operations. This role will help create a smooth employee experience across the lifecycle, from recruiting and onboarding through offboarding.
The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and People Operations, is detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment. They are also a natural people person—approachable, comfortable engaging with others, and willing to jump on a call or meet candidates when needed.
