The Opportunity

In this role, you will support the preparation and execution of service within Peppina, our award-winning Italian restaurant, delivering authentic, high-quality dishes and memorable dining experiences for our guests. Working closely with the wider culinary and Food & Beverage teams, you will contribute to a kitchen culture focused on quality, consistency, and exceptional guest satisfaction.

As a hands-on member of the brigade, you will play an important role in maintaining efficient kitchen operations, ensuring every dish reflects Peppina's commitment to seasonal produce, traditional Italian flavours, and premium dining standards.
