Job Summary
This is a per diem position. Hourly pay ranges from $150 to $150.01 per hour/shift, depending on the type and timing of shifts worked. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity.At Mass General Brigham, we believe in recognizing and rewarding the unique value each team member brings to our organization. Job Description:
We are seeking Per Diem Hospitalists to join our dedicated and collaborative team at Salem Hospital. This role offers flexibility and an opportunity to work in a dynamic community hospital setting while benefiting from the resources and expertise of the Mass General Brigham system.

- Provide high-quality inpatient medical care, including admissions, rounding, and discharges.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including specialists, advanced practice providers, and nursing staff.
- Manage acute medical conditions in hospitalized patients and coordinate care transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based clinical care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and referring providers.
Qualifications:
