Job Description

The Performance Analyst sits at the centre of Aberdeen’s investment reporting capability. Working closely with portfolio managers, investment specialists, Risk, Governance, Legal and Compliance teams, the department ensures performance, attribution, risk and GIPS information is accurate, controlled and decision-ready. The team combines technical expertise, analytical thinking and continuous improvement to support investment decision-making, client reporting and regulatory requirements. 

About the Role 

This is a highly visible role responsible for producing and overseeing performance reporting that supports clients, consultants, governance forums and senior stakeholders across Aberdeen. You will blend performance measurement expertise with stakeholder engagement, data analysis and process improvement to ensure reporting remains accurate, timely and trusted. The role offers broad exposure across investment products, governance processes and regulatory requirements, while providing opportunities to leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and reporting quality. It is an excellent opportunity to develop specialist investment performance expertise and make a meaningful impact across the business.
