About The Role As a Performance Analyst, you’ll play a key role in understanding and improving the commercial performance of our highest value customer cohorts. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Value, you’ll turn complex data into meaningful insights that drive better customer experiences, stronger business outcomes, and more effective service delivery. Working across teams, you’ll lead performance reporting, customer analysis, and portfolio optimisation, while helping stakeholders make informed, data-driven decisions.
