The Performance Calculation Tester is responsible for verifying the
accuracy of performance calculations, maintaining test documentation, and
supporting training activities.

The role bridges Business and IT, ensuring that calculation rules are correctly implemented and validated.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Test and validate performance calculations, including time-weighted and money-weighted methods
• Define and verify calculation rules and functional specifications, covering formulas, data sources, cash flows, valuation dates, and period logic
• Validate interest and accrued interest calculations across various financial instruments, including bonds, funds, and derivatives
• Ensure compliance with GIPS (Global Investment Performance Standards)
• Translate requirements between Business and IT and validate technical implementation
• Create and maintain test documentation using tools such as Jira and Xray
• Support training activities related to performance calculation systems and processes

YOUR PROFILE

• Excellent knowledge of GIPS and performance calculation
• Sound understanding of interest and accrued interest calculations, including time-weighted and money-weighted performance methods
• Experience with financial instruments, especially bonds, funds, and derivatives
• Experience with market and reference data, as well as portfolio and reporting systems
• Basic technical understanding of SQL, APIs and interfaces, and data flows
• Experience in testing and test documentation
• Knowledge of Avaloq, Fincite, or similar platforms is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Fluency in English, both verbally and written
