- Provide backup administration for the Learning Management System, including user support, reporting, training content maintenance, or assigned system activities.

Description of Work
The Performance Management System Administrator coordinates agency-wide performance management operations through functional system administration, program implementation, policy support, reporting, and user training. The position administers the North Carolina Valuing Individual Performance (NCVIP) system, manages recurring performance management activities, coordinates system and process improvements, develops training and user-support resources, and provides backup administration for the agency’s Learning Management System (LMS).Key Duties Include:
