Performance Marketing Specialist

Picnic is looking for an early-career Performance Marketing Specialist who is equally excited by data and creativity. This role is a perfect combination of analytical thinking and creative problem-solving: you’ll learn how to run app campaigns, uncover performance insights, develop and test new creative ideas, and turn both into real business results.

Tricks of the trade

• Run campaigns: Assisting in setting up and managing campaigns on Meta, TikTok and Google Ads.
• Analyze campaign performance: Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance using tools like Adjust and Tableau to optimize results.
• Close collaboration: Working with our creative team to develop engaging ad content.
• Learn and grow: Keeping up with industry trends and learning best practices in mobile growth marketing.

Your superpowers

• MSc. degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
• Up to 2 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
• Strong analytical mindset with an interest in working with data and performance metrics. 
• Proficient in using Google Sheets, Excel or any other data tool to analyze and present insights
• Passionate about using AI to automate, simplify, and improve everyday marketing tasks
• Excited to brief and develop ad creatives that strengthen campaign performance
• Eager to learn and work with Google Ads, Meta and TikTok ads
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong affinity in the mobile app industry
• Professional fluency in English is required, proficiency in Dutch, German or French is a plus
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands
