iProspect Greece is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Team Leader to join its growing Performance Marketing Division. This is an exciting opportunity for a performance marketing professional who combines deep expertise in biddable media with strong leadership and client management skills.
In this role, you will lead a team of Performance Marketing Specialists, oversee a portfolio of high-profile client accounts, and drive strategic initiatives that deliver measurable business results. You will play a key role in shaping campaign strategy, fostering client relationships, and supporting the continued growth of the Performance Marketing Division.
The role reports to the Head of Performance and collaborates closely with the wider iProspect and dentsu Greece teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Performance Marketing Specialists, providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities for professional growth.
- Define and oversee the strategic direction, planning, execution, and optimization of client campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, and Shopping platforms.
- Act as the senior day-to-day client contact, building trusted relationships and delivering strategic recommendations that drive business growth.
- Set, monitor, and optimize monthly and annual performance goals, KPIs, and budgets across client accounts.
- Identify opportunities for innovation, testing, and adoption of new platform capabilities to improve campaign performance.
- Ensure high standards of quality, efficiency, and best practices across all team deliverables and campaign activities.
- Oversee the development and accuracy of automated reporting and performance dashboards using tools such as Looker Studio and Power BI.
- Support new business opportunities, pitches, and the continued growth of the Performance Marketing Division.
- Promote continuous learning, platform certifications, and knowledge sharing across the team.
What You'll Bring
Required Experience
- 5–7 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Media, ideally within an agency environment.
- Previous experience leading, mentoring, or managing a team.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable business results through complex, performance-driven campaigns.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Experience managing e-commerce and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Hands-on experience with reporting and analytics platforms, including GA4, Looker Studio, and Power BI.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to confidently lead senior client conversations and business reviews.
- Fluency in both Greek and English, written and spoken.
Nice to Have
- Experience with TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Programmatic platforms (DV360, Adform, or similar).
- Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
- Google Ads, GA4, Meta Blueprint, or other relevant industry certifications.
- Experience contributing to business development, client pitches, and commercial growth initiatives.
