Personal Assistant

York Hospital | Permanent | Full time

Up to £30,000 depending on experience

37.5 hours per week

As a Personal Assistant at our York Hospital, you will use your diverse administration and planning skills to primarily support the Senior Management Team in the smooth running of a busy hospital. 

As the Personal Assistant, you will:

  • Manage email and diary co-ordination.

  • Control and facilitate meeting schedules.

  • Arrange and minute key committee meetings.

  • Analyse and collate data.

  • Management of the patient complaints and compliments process.

  • Ensure Practicing Privilege documentation is up to date and in line with policy requirements.
