  • Manage the team’s compliance requirements in-line with the Firm’s Risk Management Policies including client onboarding, conflict checks, ASIC searches and client/engagement acceptance procedures.
  • Collaborate with other teams by preparing tenders for new client work, client presentations, client and/or networking events, maintenance of the CRM database and managing and actioning related reports.
  • Coordinate team initiatives including functions, scheduling meetings, recording minutes and actions, organising training sessions and employee movements.
  • Collaborate proactively with the People & Culture team on initiatives relevant to the team.
  • Book domestic and international travel for Partners and the team.
  • Work closely with the wider Audit team to provide support and coverage where needed and work collectively as a team to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the service line.
  • Work cohesively with all areas of the firm, including members of the Shared Services teams.

  • Experience working with CRM, practice management and workflow systems (such as PSA or similar) is highly regarded.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
  • Well developed written and verbal communication skills with a professional and confident approach.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with senior stakeholders, clients and colleagues.
  • High degree of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Adaptable, resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced professional services environment.
